Yes, I always allow my clients time to undress / dress before and after the treatment. I will knock on the door before re-entering.

Will I be covered during my massage?

During the treatment it is advised to wear loose shorts or underwear. A towel is used to cover your modesty and keep you warm and comfortable, only the area of the body being worked on will be exposed. 
 
If you are uncomfortable for any reason during your massage session, please let me know and I will happily accomodate your needs.

If you have underlying issues, it is recommended to have a massage treatment at least once a week. If you are coming for relaxation purposes, then the frequency of visits is entirely up to you.
